DESCRIPTION:Children are like sponges\, on a subconscious level\, they are picking up on the energies around them and often responding in subtle and sometimes obvious ways. \nEver received a worrisome call or email and within moments your previously peaceful kid(s) have suddenly gone ballistic? The energetics changed and they responded without knowing why or even that they were. But it’s not always so clear cut\, sometimes we assume aspects of our lives are just ‘who that child is’\, or ‘that’s how things are for us’\, without realising that these may\, in fact\, simply be reactions to our own energetic barriers. \nUnderstanding the energetics of our motherhood is a super power. It is how we can create deeper relationships with our children and partners\, build more confidence and self trust in our leadership role\, while also centering ourselves in the many identities this season calls of us. \nWhile there is undoubtably huge benefit to learning nervous system regulation\, re-parenting ourselves and healing personal or generational trauma\, learning to understand and master our energy is not only woven into all of these journeys\, but it can also stand alone as a simple and life altering practice. Who we are being because of our energy is what attracts the world we experience\, and that is huge. \nWe are taught to manage our homes with logic\, lists\, and “doing” (Masculine Energy). But when you mother from this place 24/7\, your relationship with your partner becomes a transaction\, and your relationship with yourself becomes a chore. We need a healthy balance of the masculine and feminine to thrive\, and for each person this balance will be totally unique. \nUnderstanding these energies and how we can consciously shift between them brings us back in touch with ourselves as women\, as well as adding rocket fuel to being able to mother in a way that feels connected and satisfying. \nThis is deeply powerful stuff in all areas of life\, and yet no one is talking about it. Until now. Come join Rowena for this workshop where we’ll be deep diving into all things energetics and how we can vastly shift our experience of these precious and wildly transformational years of raising small people. There will be space to share anything you’re going through right now so we can bring it under the lens of energetics and set you on a more satisfying and empowering path. \nAll mothers (and babes in arms) are welcome\, wherever you are on your parenting journey. \nThings to bring/materials required: Please bring a pen and paper\, as well as a bottle of water or anything you’ll need to feel comfortable. We are right next door to The River House cafe who are happy for you to bring any purchases into the workshop too if you want to fuel up.
