SUMMARY:Summer basketball camp
DESCRIPTION:Join Wiltshire Basketball Academy this summer for three action-packed afternoons of basketball development\, fun and competition at Frome Sport & Fitness Centre. Suitable for children aged 7 – 14. \nLed by Basketball England level 2 qualified coaches\, including Adam Storey\, South West Coach of the Year 2025\, this camp provides a modern and engaging approach to player development. \nPlayers will learn and improve through Small-Sided Games (SSG) and the Constraint-Led Approach\, helping them develop basketball skills in using evidence based coaching and realistic game situations. Sessions are designed to maximise touches\, decision-making\, confidence\, and enjoyment while catering for a range of ages and abilities. \nWhether you’re new to the game or already playing regularly\, this camp offers the perfect opportunity to develop your skills\, make new friends\, and enjoy basketball in a positive and supportive environment. \nWhat to expect:\n\nExpert coaching from Basketball England Level 2 coaches\nFun\, game-based learning environment\nSmall-Sided Games to maximise involvement and development\nImproved decision-making\, ball handling\, shooting\, and teamwork\nCompetitions and challenges throughout the camp\nSuitable for beginners and experienced players alike\n\nSpaces are limited\, so book early to secure your place. \n\n24 – 26 August\n1pm – 4pm\n£18 per day
