With produce grown at Vallis Farm at the heart of the menu and a chilled glass in hand\, settle in for an afternoon or evening of generous food\, thoughtful wine and easy conversation. \nThe menu will be shaped by what’s growing in the garden and sourced locally\, cooked over fire\, with Burnt Sugar’s European-influenced approach to open\, convivial feasting.
