DESCRIPTION:Join local Feldenkrais practitioners\, Jackie Adkins\, Ed Bartram and Heather Stone to celebrate International Feldenkrais Week\, at a FREE special event in Frome. Featuring the theme of ‘Unpacking Posture’\, the day long event includes one-to-one tasters and group classes. All sessions are free\, donations are invited and booking is required. The timetable is as follows: \n9.30am-12.00: One-to-one tasters\, bookable in half hour slots \n1-5pm: Three group classes at 2pm\, 3pm\, 4pm\n* For group classes: please bring a mat or blanket to lie on and a small towel or flat cushion to use under your head as necessary. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
