DESCRIPTION:Full Reality Living – living with vivid awareness and being resourced to meet turbulent times. \nSix Week Course starting Monday 12th January 7-9:30 \nProfoundly transformative for our hearts as well as minds:\nPart 1 focuses on instruction in two essential and far-reaching meditation practices: the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Development of Loving Kindness (Metta Bhavana).\nThese practices from the Buddhist tradition encourage a direct and complete engagement with what is really happening in our lives.\nThey encourage focus\, clarity\, relaxation\, confidence\, and opening the heart\, and give us the tools for a more resourced and vivid life. \nWith time for instruction\, practice and discussion\, you will be supported with handouts and in setting up a home practice.
