DESCRIPTION:90 minutes of space to relax and let go of the busy-ness of pregnancy. \nIt’s so helpful to have time and space to pause when you’re pregnant\, whether it’s your first birth or you have little ones at home – taking a moment to let go of the day-to-day\, to rest and be can give you vital moments to adapt to your changing body and life\, and connect to your growing baby. \nNo experience necessary\, this is suitable for all stages of pregnancy. You will be guided through several rounds of mindful meditation and there will be time for a chat at the end. \nThese sessions run monthly\, either in Frome or online. We meet at different times and places\, so please check locations and dates. \nBYO nest!
