In the morning Anna from ‘Love Makers Craft Cafe’ will guide you in your choice of seasonal craft from her extensive menu. After a delicious Vallis Farm lunch\, Tara\, the Wild Swimming Woman\, will guide you in a delightful wild swim and sauna session designed to support you as we move through the darkest month until we reach the return of the light at the winter solstice. \nWhat to expect: \n• A warm welcome with light refreshments\n• An introduction from Anna about the Craft Cafe and how it works\n• The opportunity to select your choice of craft\n• Time for play and experimentation\, easy conversation – or companionable quiet \n.A light and delicious lunch \n• Supported cold water dip in a natural pool\n• Wood fired sauna\n• Tea and cake \nYou will: \n• Learn a new crafting technique\n• Create something wonderful to take home in your own gift bag \n• Receive a full safety briefing and gentle education about cold water immersion\n• Be guided through a fully supported\, safe\, and empowering immersion in\nthe crystal-clear natural pool \n.Leave feeling inspired and proud of yourself! \nAbout Wild Swimming Woman \nTara is on a mission to help women bring a little more wild and joy into their everyday lives\, through nature connection and swimming outdoors. As a qualified and experienced open water swim coach she ensures that everybody feels safe and supported and celebrated\, whether it’s your first ever dip or your millionth. \nAbout Love Makers Cafe\nThe Love Makers Cafe exists to celebrate making\, curiosity and community.
