SUMMARY:Vallis Farm Youth Club for ages 12 - 14
DESCRIPTION:This youth club is suitable for those aged 12 – 14. \nJoin us for an afterschool club where you can plant trees\, build fires\, cook food grown you’ve harvested from the ground and go dipping for frogs and newts in the pond. Or if you’d prefer to play manhunt in the forest garden? You can do that too. This is a group for anyone who wants to spend more time outdoors\, maybe learning about nature if that’s your thing\, but no pressure. As long as you’re yourself\, that’s what counts. We want EVERYBODY OUTDOORS! \nWe have some spaces available at a reduced rate for those on a low wage and are reserving limited spaces for free to enable this to be for everyone for real so if your child wants this but you can’t make it happen\, then maybe we can. Just get in touch: tamsin@vallisfarm.co.uk \nSessions run from 4pm-5.30 on Tuesdays during term time and must be booked in blocks of half terms. First one of the summer term is 9th June and the last will be the 14th July. No one offs\, sorry.

Singing has been shown to reduce stress\, lift mood\, regulate the nervous system and help us feel more connected to ourselves and each other.\nBabies and young children are very welcome. They can play\, feed\, nap\, wander around or join in however they like. There is no expectation for little ones to sit still or be quiet.\nAfter an hour of singing\, we stay for tea\, cake and conversation\, because community matters just as much as the singing.\nWhether you’re pregnant\, a new mum\, have toddlers\, school-aged children or simply long for connection with other women\, you’ll find a place here.\nCome for the singing.\nLeave feeling lighter\, calmer and connected. \nWhat to expect: \n\nOne hour of joyful\, relaxed singing\nTea\, cake and conversation afterwards\nA friendly\, supportive community\nA space where both you and your child are welcome exactly as you are\nYou don’t need a good singing voice\nYou just need to come.
