We’re inspired by the golden eras of funk\, soul\, disco and hip-hop\, and we try and cram that into three and a half minutes”. \nThe duo of DJ Moneyshot and Rackabeat have been delighting dancefloors and lighting up the radio airwaves since forming The Allergies and releasing their debut album in 2016. \nYear in\, year out\, they’ve sharpened their skills on the turntables and in the studio\, dropping one dynamite record after another. \nTouring the world\, clocking up A List status and Album of the Day gongs at BBC Radio 6 Music\, as well as soundtracking international ad campaigns\, the pair show no sign of stopping the fun. \nAfter consecutive top 40 albums\, the boys just dropped number seven – Freak The Speaker. \nAs usual\, the Bristol-based beatmakers have assembled a crack team to help bring their loops to life. DESCRIPTION:The fourth annual Weylands Wassail is set to take place on Sunday 8th February from 1:30pm to 3:30pm\, in the community orchard at Weylands. From 1:30pm onwards\, a ‘village green’ event will offer family-friendly craft activities\, making willow crowns and wassail sticks. Hot mulled cider and apple juice will ward off the cold. The wassail ceremony will start at 2:30pm\, led by performers Annabelle Macfadyen and Simon Blakeman and everyone will be invited to join them in making noise to ‘wake the orchard’ and ‘toast the trees’ (full instructions provided). Frome Street Bandits will round off the day with a rousing musical performance until 3:30pm.

There’ll be all the old favourite\, but it’s no problem if you’re new to Scottish dances\, each one is fully explained as you go.\nDoors open at 7pm\, with the band playing its first set and dancing starting at 8pm.\nThere will be a bar and a raffle\, and it’s a great occasion to get together with friends and chat\, while helping Frome’s Missing Links to create the paths that connect Frome with its neighbouring communities.
