Along the way you will experience site-specific movement and poetry inspired by the landscape and the group will guide you through simple wellbeing activities that are suitable for all\, including yoga\, mindfulness activities\, and guided relaxation.\nStep outside\, slow down and reconnect with nature. Leave feeling refreshed\, connected\, and restored.\n\nLocation: Starting and finishing at OpenStoryTellers Hub\, Rise. Walking along the river\, via Henley Way to Welshmill Roundhouse. \n\n\nAccessibility: The walk involves steps down to the river\, please contact OpenStoryTellers to arrange alternative access. \n\nA note on accessibility: The ramp at Henley Way was removed in July 2025 and there is no current plan to replace this due to funding costs. We are very sorry that this Wellbeing Walk is not fully accessible but hope that we can use this to highlight the importance of a ramp being reinstated at Henley Way.
