Learn regenerative growing skills whilst actively contributing to our permaculture projects. \nThe day is designed to be an enriching experience working with us on tasks ranging from creating living willow structures to building hugelkultur beds\, from threshing quinoa to sowing and harvesting fruit and veg. There will be an opportunity for meditation\, sharing and nature connection. \nAt 1pm we will end with a simple shared lunch provided by 42 Acres (think nourishing soup and bread). Afterwards\, you’re welcome to stay and explore our land or take a wild dip in our lake. \nPlease Note: \n-These sessions run on the 1st Wed of every month\, Apr-Sep.\n-Booking opens 30 days in advance. JR. is full of classic songs like “Consider Yourself”\, “Food Glorious Food”\, and “Oom-Pah-Pah”\, and perfectly showcases the talents of a large ensemble cast.

Experiment with painting on different types of paper and silk. \nJeanette\, your course tutor\, will offer different sources of inspiration from contemporary artists’ work\, photographs and natural resources. \nCome and explore painting anything that relates to the natural world and the shapes and colours that the natural world creates. You may decide to paint trees\, leaves and flowers\, or woods and mountains. The choice is yours! \nBreathe\, live and embrace the sounds of the natural world with meditative music; you can also write a small poem that will relate to your painting. Explore your inner creative self and paint your own picture in a relaxing and peaceful environment.
