She will lean into ancient Finnish sauna tradition for ancient wisdom and Oriental practices like yoga\, qigong and martial arts – for renewed insights on intention\, awareness\, presence and continuous self-improvement. \nWe hope you’ll leave with a heightened sense of enjoyment and appreciation of sauna\, backed by ancient wisdom\, confidence in your own skills and practical knowledge on how to deepen your sauna experience. \nAll profits from this event will be donated to Sauna Aid: a global initiative providing movable saunas and support services to people affected by natural and man-made disasters. https://sauna-aid.com
