If that’s the case\, join this Midlife Collective as we shift from feeling lost in midlife to reconnecting with ourselves\, each other and the world around us. Be supported by a group of women going through this period with you. \nMidlife can bring with it a strange kind of unravelling. You might find yourself forgetful or flat\, tender or angry. You might feel overwhelmed by emotion or underwhelmed by everything else. Burnt out from holding so much for so long. Disconnected from your work\, your body\, your sense of direction. It can feel as though the version of you you’ve known is starting to slip away. \nThe Midlife Collective is a monthly gathering of women who are also somewhere in the middle of it all.
