The Mindfulness for Wellbeing workshop is an introduction to mindfulness for wellbeing, practicing simple yet effective mindfulness exercises, and presentations on the theory and science of mindfulness. It also serves as an introduction to further home study with the book “Mindfulness: Finding Peace in a Frantic World”, which contains a CD with guided meditations. The workshop will address themes such as the Doing mind vs the Being mind; Awareness of thoughts, feelings and bodies; Dealing with difficulty; Rebalancing life, etc. Please note that making changes in your life can be challenging.

Cost: £70 / £45 Concession for low income. Includes tea & coffee mid-morning and afternoon.
