Our FREE 6 week Navigating Menopause: Habits For Health programme is available to guide and support you with practical tools and advice.
This is a 6-week interactive face to face programme, designed specifically for women transitioning through menopause. Each week focuses on a different aspect of wellbeing, helping you build sustainable habits that support your health during this life stage.
Sessions are led by our trained Health Connectors and take place at Frome Medical Practice for patients registered at the practice.
