An event every week that begins at 7:30pm on Tuesday, repeating until 15th Dec 2020

If you hold stress in your body or struggle with switching off your mind after a busy day, this could be just right for you.
We’ll start each session with deep breathing practises and then we’ll come to lie down for a guided relaxation. This will involve scanning through the body and some visualisation work. You should leave the session feeling calm, content and less stressed.
It costs £4 per session to join us online. Drop-ins welcome. No need to buy a monthly pass. You’ll need to be somewhere quiet without distractions. Have blankets, pillows and anything else you might need so you can lie down comfortably.
