An event every week that begins at 8:30am on Friday, repeating until 18th Dec 2020

Meditation can help us reduce our stress and anxiety levels and help us feel at peace with ourselves and the world around us.

If you struggle to sleep or switch off mentally, meditation can help you to become less busy in the mind and find a deeper feeling of calm. This will lead to improved sleep and better wellbeing.

Meditation can also help us to improve our ability to concentrate. If you struggle with the afternoon slump, a regular meditation practice can actually lead to better performance as meditation teaches us to focus the mind on one thing. A skill we can then transfer when needed at work, home or in conversations.

In these 30 minute sessions, I’ll guide you through a meditation which will vary each week. Some meditations will be focused on the breath, others may involve visualisations and sometimes we may use mantras or chants.

It’s only £4 to join a session. Drop-ins welcome. No need to buy a monthly pass. However, the more regularly you attend, the more you will see and feel the benefits of having a meditation practice.
