An event every week that begins at 7:00pm on Thursday, repeating until 25th Jul 2019
Dynamic yoga for absolutely everyone. This light-hearted, high-energy flow class is all about celebrating the skin you’re in; whether you’re a hardcore yogi or a total newbie.
We’ll move through sun salutations, flows of standing poses intelligently woven together to get you in touch with your whole body, work on some challenging poses to stretch you and soften into a long juicy relaxation to finish.
Let’s celebrate bodies and all they are capable of, welcome in our highest potential and experience the full spectrum of our humanity.
Mats and props are available but feel free to bring your own as well as warm clothes and/or a blanket for a cosy relaxation at the end.
