Iyengar Yoga Course

Regular Yoga practice both relaxes and energizes the body and mind. It brings vitality, flexibility, strength, concentration, self-confidence and mental calm. We will be practising standing, sitting and supine asanas (postures) inversions will be introduced as appropriate.
This new 4 week course is general level, beginners are welcome.
