Be swept away by the boundless energy of Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 14 under Wosner’s sensitive and exhilarating playing. Then, in a different vein, experience the visceral intensity of Ligeti’s extraordinary first string quartet, unfolding as one movement that seamlessly shifts through contrasting characters and moods.

The programme concludes in the sunlit bliss of Schubert’s much-loved ‘Trout’ quintet, a chamber masterpiece which bubbles with charm and delight, and directly quotes his song “Die Forelle (The Trout).”
