Shearwater Lake

Enjoy a waterside walk along this pretty lake on the Longleat Estate surrounded by attractive flora and fauna. There is a walking trail running alongside the 37 acre lake and it’s a great spot for a picnic.

There are miles of woodland trails surrounding the lake so you can easily extend your walk, including Heaven’s Gate for stunning views over the Longleat Estate.

For refreshments you can visit the tea rooms on the lakeside.
